Masks

Plural on the masks because these are the main accessory of 2020 and at least the next year. And if we have to wear masks, they might as well be pretty. We recommend purchasing options made from non-irritant knit fabrics like silk, bamboo and linen — all of which have anti-bacterial properties. Our friends at Fox + Wit have some excellent options here and we also love the Kurio silk masks, and the soft fabric and extensive colour selection at Kasi Bamboo. 

Skincare ritual

A good skincare ritual is an essential for women at any age. It doesn't need to be complicated, just consistent. Wash, tone, serum, moisturize with the products appropriate for your skin profile. These are steps not to be missed to keep your skin looking healthy. Sun protection 

This is something we will shout from the rooftops if we have to. It's so important to protect your skin from harmful UV rays. Regardless of your unique skincare profile, every skincare ritual should include some SPF. While we don't make a sunscreen, one of our favourite mineral sun creams is from Blue Lizard. We would also recommend investing in a good sun hat. 

Flowers 

While the flowers come out to play in the spring here in Vancouver, so does the rain. But nothing brightens up a rainy day like a bouquet of your favourite flowers. Be sure to tag your florist when you show off your blooms so you can show some local love to your community.
