At our core, our skincare brand is rooted in a personal journey of healing and discovery. Our founder, Tracy's battle with sensitive skin began in 2017 when she developed an extreme rash on her face caused by two types of rosacea. Both type 1 and type 2.  This painful and frustrating experience led her on a mission to find relief, but conventional skincare products often left her skin even more irritated. Prescription products cause more inflammation and caused more unanswered questions. 

Determined to find a solution, she began researching and experimenting with her uncle who owned a long time compounding pharmacy and apothecary in St. John's Newfoundland. In 2018, she successfully formulated the Soothing Cream Cleanser a product that included pre-and probiotics, designed to help balance the good and bad bacteria on the skin. It was during this discovery that demodex mites were causing more inflammation on the skin and balancing the bacteria growth was key. This breakthrough was pivotal in calming her rosacea and restoring her skin’s natural balance.

It was then that she made a commitment—moving forward, all products would be formulated specifically for sensitive skin. Every ingredient is carefully chosen to ensure it is gentle, soothing, and safe for even the most reactive skin types. Our formulations are designed for women who have had similar struggles with or without irritation and inflammation, ensuring that they can enjoy safe effective skincare without the worry.

Our journey from personal hardship to solution is why sensitive skin is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that skincare should bring comfort, not discomfort, and our products reflect that belief.
