We all know that getting a good night’s sleep is important for our overall health, it's also essential for keeping your skin looking its best Getting enough shut-eye can help reduce the appearance of dullness, fine lines, and dark under eye circles. When we sleep, our bodies are able to repair and regenerate cells. This means that any damage to our skin during the day (from sun exposure, pollution, etc.) can be repaired overnight. In addition, sleeping helps to regulate our hormones, which can play a big role in the health of our skin. The hormone cortisol is responsible for breaking down collagen (which keeps our skin looking young and plump). What to Avoid in Your Diet
