First time trying this as I didn’t know of the brand when it was first released so can’t compare the two formula but this one is great! Love the packaging and how it allows you to target exactly where you want it. Gives great volume and doesn’t feel cakey or gross on the scalp.
With fine hair, the aerosol dry shampoos were so frustrating. Not to mention the sensitivity I’d experience with the scent and chemicals. I have fine, straight hair that benefits from this amazing recipe, giving me volume in the crown and being a very low -tox product.
I was so lucky to have a bottle which I was kinda ‘savouring’ all through Covid times, as it was the last of the product in my store. The Ativo team entertained my constant inquiries about the product as I maybe, kinda hounded them to bring it back. Elated to learn that it’s here. You’ll definitely want to try this product and I think I might make it a habit to keep a spare on hand as well.
Now to just decide if I switch over to the dark blend since I’m no longer colouring my hair.

This dry shampoo is amazing! Doesn't leave a white residue on dark hair and it works so well. You don't need to use much and the bottle lasts a long time. My new favourite!
Absolutely love the Day Two Dry Shampoo. Prior to discovering this product I was wet washing my hair daily because it got oily so quickly. Now I am down to 2-3 times per week. It saves me so much time and removes the oil without irritating my sensitive scalp. The bonus is that it also makes my fine hair fuller and more manageable. Also, I find that it lasts much longer than the dry shampoo spray bottles, Highly recommended.
I'm an avid dry shampoo user. I love the smell and how it makes hair feel. Adds a little extra volume as a bonus! My hair still feels healthy instead of dried out and it keeps its shine. I'm hooked!
