For best results, apply magnesium liberally to clean skin of torso, legs, and arms or bottoms of the feet. Avoid sensitive areas, open wounds or shaven skin.

It is normal to experience a tingling sensation during initial use. This will ease with time.

If you notice a slight residue remaining when the solution dries, this is normal and can be rinsed or wiped off after 20 minutes if desired.

Adults: 8-12 sprays or as needed on areas listed above.

Children age 3-6: 1 spray per foot.

Children age 6-12: 2-3 sprays per foot.
