    Product Information

    We are proud to say all of our ingredients are listed in INCI format, International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients which is a world wide standard. This helps identify what ingredients are in each product when crossing any borders across countries. 

    Should you have any questions or concerns about ingredients and pregnancy, we recommend checking with your doctor.

    We pride ourselves in listing our ingredients appropriately so you can see exactly what you are putting on your skin. Each ingredient is listed on the products section of our website.     Please carefully store your products in a cool dark place without moisture and enjoy them within 12 months.

    This is a great question.  We understand that everyone has a unique skin profile and finding a skin ritual that works for you can be a trial and error.  We encourage you to try the products for a minimum of 28 days. This will allow your skin to fully adjust to your new products for one cellular renewal cycle. We encourage you to take the skincare quiz here to ensure you choose the correct product for your skin.     We are happy to say 100% of our ingredients are dairy and animal free. We are a cruelty-free brand.

    Order Information

    We ship directly from our studio on Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited, which takes 3-7 business days to arrive to you. Once your order has been packaged, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can anticipate when your order will arrive to you.

    We do ship internationally! Please check here for all information regarding international shipments. We are not responsible for delays that occur due to international customs issues, nor any additional fees or taxes that your country may require.

    Once an order is placed we cannot change it. If you need to update your shipping address you can email us at care@ativoskincare.com and advise us of the proper mailing address. Options to add items to an existing order or cancel orders cannot be done.
